Each item is lovingly made with new all new materials unless otherwise stated and stuffed with polyester stuffing. For the items that have plastic eyes, I use high quality safety eyes.  They are installed following manufacturer instructions and are reinforced inside with additional materials.  It would take a lot of work to remove these eyes, and while they are safe for children, they recommended for children over 3 years of age and parental supervision is advised.  For care and washing instructions please see the information below.  I use different materials for some products so please locate the appropriate product type for the care information for your item.

Fleece Material

What is fleece? Fleece is a soft and durable synthetic fiber.  It is produced using polyester and is very often made using recycled plastic water bottles, giving it an eco-friendly edge.

Fleece is used in 80% of my product lines. This is the material used for your product if you have play food, penguins, narwhals, ponies, turtles, and dolls

It is also used in some of the following product line: elephants, giraffes, owls, and puzzle balls

Fleece products are machine washable on a gentle or delicate cycle and can be dried in the dryer on a low - med setting

Faux Fur

What is faux fur: Fake fur, also called fun fur or faux fur, is any material made of synthetic fibers designed to resemble fur.

This is the material used for your product if you have a Mammoth

Faux Fur is typically not machine washable, but it can be machine washed on a delicate cycle ONLY and dried on the lowest setting.  It is recommended that the mammoth is washed ONLY when absolutely needed.  Instead of washing I recommend trying to vacuum it gently first or spot washing by hand.
